Blade sharper
The boron stone blade sharper is the newest item in our store. It will relieve you of this task completely, as it is virtually maintenance-free after setting the parameters. You just need to use the panel where you enter the desired settings such as the number of teeth.

Blade sharper with a stone diameter of 203 mm allows sharpening band saw blades with a length of 3000 to 6000 mm and widths from 20 to 60 mm. The infinitely adjustable (up and down) stroke of the grinding wheel makes it possible to set various heights of sharpened teeth from 4 to 15 mm. The tooth pitch is adjusted to 22,225 mm.
It is distinguished by high speed of sharpening, at maximum setting. It is up to 60 teeth per minute, which distinguishes it from the competition. In addition, we can set the range of angles of attack depending on the needs in the range of 0 degrees to 20 degrees. The machine provides smooth operation thanks to the motor with a power of 0.55 kW/400V.
Blade tooth spreader
A quick and easy way to open the teeth of band saw blades is provided by our tooth spreader. It has two built-in sensors that make automatic measurements during the operation of the spreader. Depending on the type of saw, we set the method and size of setting to 1.2 mm per side.
Blade tooth spreader is very precise – the accuracy of setting is on the level of +/- 0.01 mm. Our machine can handle saws with widths from 20 to 60 mm and lengths from 300 to 6000 mm, with thicknesses up to 1.25 mm. It provides extremely fast and precise work, up to 90 teeth/minute, with a relatively low weight of 35 kg. The band saw pusher is available in two versions: electric and with a crank.
